Insurance
In network with Kaiser, United, Aetna, Cigna
Below are questions for your insurance company depending on whether your plan is in network or out-of-network
- What are my out-of-network benefits? (if insurance is not listed above) and how do superbills works, will I be reimbursed or will sessions go towards my deductible?
- If my insurance is listed, what are my mental health benefits? *specifically ask about telehealth services*
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment including HSA and FSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand, ideally 48 hours. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
